No returns or exchanges all sales are final!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within the first 24-48 hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping/processing time

After your order has been processed we will ship your order via shipping method. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Please include apartment number. In the event your package gets returned due to an insufficient address you provided, you will have to pay for shipping again. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
